This lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from shopping plaza’s🛍️ ,restaurants and bars🍹, Venice fishing pier🐠 and historic downtown Venice! Surrounded by many beautiful beaches🏖️,Venice is the shark tooth🦈capital of the world. Hiking/biking trails, boat rentals, and golf courses can also be found nearby.

This home 🏠 sleeps 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

-The living room is complete with cozy couches perfect for relaxing, it also is equipped with a large smart tv, free wifi, and cable.

-The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and stand mixer. Cookware,plates,cups,glasses,pots,pans, and cooking utensils/silverware are also provided. We also have all cooking essentials like pepper, oil, salt, sugar, etc..

-The two full bathrooms 🛀are stocked with towels, hand-soap and a hair dryer.

-The bedrooms 🛌ensure a restful night’s sleep for everyone. Each room in furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. We provide an iron and ironing board.

Enjoy the gorgeous heated pool and the wonderful outside patio space with a private backyard all fenced in. Pool floats, beach chairs, sun umbrella’s ,cooler and beach towels are provided. The backyard also includes a barbecue and lounge chairs.

This home is very pet friendly🐾. If you are bringing a dog the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘YES’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please let us know.
