Start the day with golf, pickleball, or tennis, work out in the 7,000 sq ft fitness center, then spend the afternoon at the resort pool and spa. Grab dinner at one of four on-site dining spots without leaving the gates. The community sits next to a 1,300-acre nature preserve, and Venice beaches, Wellen Park shops and restaurants are minutes away.
Two deeded golf memberships can be transferred to you for the stay, so you get the full private membership — golf, pool, dining, fitness, pickleball, tennis. The HOA charges a one-time transfer fee ($1,000 for 3-month stays, $2,500 for shorter stays) paid directly to the club.
