We had a great time. We would love to return to the same villa soon. Everything is within walking distance if you enjoy walking. Most places we visit are just 1 mile in distance. (Downtown, Publix, Sharkys on the pier).

Can’t beat the sunsets!

Very nice apt that while not fancy, fills our needs nicely and the location is perfection. The prox to the beach plus s fabulous pool makes it a 10!

The location was convenient to both beach and downtown shopping. The direct access to the beach was nice. The ocean waves were rolling and relaxing sounding. The pool was easier to get into the water.

Lovely, clean and comfortable villa

This villa was very nicely updated and well appointed with everything we could need. The location is just a real gem, peaceful and close to everything Venice has to offer. Toli was helpful and considerate.

Classmates Reunited

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place. Private beach, huge pool, and cute little courtyard for breakfast. The villa was very nice and well kept, and had great pots and pans and utensils. Beds were comfy. I hope to come back soon!!

Beach bound

Wonderful little community to stay. Just enough for the two of us. Just a short walk to the beach and about a mile walk to historic downtown Venice. Wanted to book for next year but, alas, it was unavailable. Hope to return here again.

Perfect location

The property is exactly as listed . There were just two of us so we had plenty of room . The kitchen is well supplied with needed items for cooking light meals ( breakfast and lunch) . There are many options for restaurants nearby as well as. Grocery store quite close . The pool is wonderful and the beach is just steps away . It is quiet and comfortable ! Lots to do in the area as desired

Expectations

I thought we had booked a 1 BR, but got a very cool studio by the immaculate pool. Staff was excellent and we had everything we needed EXCEPT beach towels C'mon....you're a facility that entices people that go to the BEACH !! other than that, all was OK. they even loaned us beach chairs ! The guy at the desk was awesome !

Air Conditioning Issues

The AC seems to have been regulated remotely from someone else outside the unit. It was extremely warm in there especially at night. It was difficult for us to sleep and because of that I doubt we would stay again unless that issue changes.
