Welcome to our warm 38m2 mobile home in Vendres which includes:

• Master Ensuite Bedroom: double bed + bathroom
• 2 Bedrooms: 2 single beds
• 2 Bathrooms: 2 showers (1 ensuite) + 1 separate toilet
• Living Area: TV, sofa, dining area
• Kitchenette: gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher + Senseo coffee maker
• Terrace: 12m2, furnished + solar canvas, garden furniture, two deck chairs & plancha

Some special amenities are available during the summer months (July/August) on-site including:

• Restaurant, grocery store + bakery service
• Kids club (5 to 12 y/o)
• Special themed nights (6 times a week)

LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food & Drink: go for tasty tapas and enjoy the sunset by the beach at La Casa Loca or head to our on-site restaurant in the summer for a quick meal.
• Outdoor Activities: visit Aqualand Cap d'Agde for a fun-filled day at a water park, or go for a swim and other water sports at Valras-Plage beach (5km).
• Places to See: discover the charming city of Béziers (17 km), renowned for its vineyards, and stroll through its beautiful historic centre. Home to artists like Paul Valéry and Georges Brassens, Sète (65km) is a must-visit with its drawbridges, Pointe Courte fishing village, and Marine quarter.

Policies

• Please note that under French law, camping accommodations for work-related travel cannot exceed two people.
• Bedlinens and towels not included
• Unaccompanied minors without one of the holders of parental authority cannot be accepted.
• Only individual bookings are accepted. Group reservations, defined as 2 or more accommodations or 12+ people traveling together for the same reason and on the same dates, are not allowed and will be canceled without compensation. Please contact us directly if you need a group booking.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A small daily tourist tax will be collected upon arrival (amount subject to change)
• Damage deposit: €300 (to be paid on-site by credit card only, refundable provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required)

Facilities

• Parking: 1 parking space next to the mobil-home. Possibility to park a second vehicle in the outdoor car park: €4,50/day
• Kids club: open 4 hours/day from Monday to Friday (from June 28 to August 28)
• Outdoor pool (not heated): open the whole season from April 20th to September 30th / from 10:00 to 19:00 (until 8 p.m. from July 11 to August 22) (subject to change & depending on weather conditions)

Additional Options

• End-of-stay cleaning: included. Please note that guests are still expected to clean their units and the plancha.
• Pets: €35/week (2 animals max, less than 15 kg)
• Full kit (bed, bath and kitchen linens): €22/person/week (compulsory change every week) (upon reservation and subject to availability)
• Travel cot (without mattress): €22/stay (upon reservation and subject to availability)
• Baby chair: €22/stay (upon reservation and subject to availability)
• Wifi: €26/week/2 devices or €38/2 weeks/2 devices
• Self-service laundry: washer €7/token / dryer €5/token
