The whole apartment is for the guests only. The communal pool is shared.
There is 1 parking spot in the underground parking area at the apartment. The remote key for that, is at the side table next to the front door. There is also plenty of free street parking just at the entrance of the building.

Please note that there is ongoing construction in the surrounding area. Construction activity may occasionally cause some noise or disturbance during normal working hours. We want to be transparent about this so you can plan your stay with the right expectations.

The sofa bed is available on request only. If you would like to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you.
