🛏️ Important information about bed and bedroom preparation

Beds and bedrooms are always prepared according to the number of guests included in the reservation. All our beds are double beds.

For example:

2 guests: 1 bedroom with one double bed will be prepared. If you wish to use a second bedroom, an additional set of bed linen is available for €5.
3 guests: 2 bedrooms will be prepared. If you wish to use a third bedroom, preparing the additional bed costs €5.
4 guests: the bedrooms corresponding to the number of guests in the reservation will be prepared.

If you would like a different bed arrangement or wish to use additional bedrooms beyond those prepared according to the number of guests, please let us know in advance of your arrival.

This policy allows us to keep the cleaning fee adjusted to the number of guests, avoiding additional cleaning and preparation costs for bedrooms and beds that are not going to be used.

If the request is made on the day of arrival, an additional €10 fee will apply for the staff member's travel and preparation, in addition to the €5 charge for the additional bed linen, making a total of €15.

For this reason, we strongly recommend informing us in advance of any special requirements regarding the arrangement of beds or bedrooms, so that we can have everything prepared according to your needs before your arrival.

IMPORTANT – GUEST REGISTRATION AND ACCESS CONTROL

For security reasons and in accordance with current regulations, all guests staying at the apartment must be properly registered before or at the time of arrival.

The exterior access areas are equipped with video surveillance cameras for access control and security purposes. The number of people entering and staying in the apartment may also be checked and must correspond to the number of guests stated in the reservation.

It is not permitted to accommodate or allow access to unregistered guests without prior authorization.
