The Space:

Be the first to enjoy this modern penthouse filled with natural light. Thanks to its large windows, you can take full advantage of the Costa del Sol’s wonderful weather and savor the sea breeze from the spectacular terrace.



The apartment accommodates 2 guests in the main bedroom and features a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare and enjoy your meals with ease. The living room is compact, but it opens directly onto the spacious terrace, the perfect spot for dining and relaxing outdoors. As the climate allows for al fresco meals most of the year, please note that there is no indoor dining table or chairs.



The penthouse comes fully equipped with all the amenities and utensils needed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.



If you need a crib and/or a high chair, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready before your arrival.



Guest Access:

The apartment is equipped with the latest design in electronic locking for autonomous access. Our Stay Homy team will be at your disposal before, during and after your stay to make it as pleasant as possible.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the heart of Caleta de Velez, located about 100 meters from the beach, 5 minutes drive from the golf club Babiera, 4 minutes walk from the fishing port, where you will find restaurants, stores and bars and 7 minutes drive from Velez Malaga, where you will find one of the largest shopping center of Malaga.



The apartment is located 30 minutes from the center of Malaga and one hour from Granada, so it is ideal to appreciate the two beautiful cities and at the same time enjoy a beach vacation.

Early checkin - Late checkout available at additional cost, subject to availability at the apartment.



Due to Spanish regulations all guests must be registered with the national police prior to arrival.



Please note that construction works are currently being carried out on the ground floor of the building. As a result, occasional noise disturbances may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.
