« Wat een geweldige locatie en een geweldig huis. Het aparte is dat je 2 deuren hebt. De ene deur gaat naar zitkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. De andere deur gaat naar keuken, 2de slaapkamer met badkamer ensuite. Dit maakt deze accommodatie ook leuk. Het terras en de tuin is echt geweldig. « The house was comfortable. The gentleman living in the adjacent home was very gracious, helpful and welcoming. The house is as listed. It is a short walk to the ocean. The view of the volcano, Pico, is magnificent. The house is about 15 minutes driving from the airport, 15-20 minutes from a supermarket, and 20-25 minutes from the ferry in Magdalena. « Casa Santana is relatively recently renovated traditional stone house with beautiful views out over the sea and the island of Sao Jorge and easy access to some lovely walks including one along the coast. We really enjoyed sitting on the covered terrace listening to and watching the birds, lizards and bats and watching sunsets. The acommadation is good with a pleasant lounge, and a basic but satisfactory kitchen. The downstairs bedroom is a bit dark unless you open the door, and would benefit...

« Si nous avons apprécié la vue sur caletha do nesquim, et l'appartement en haut, en revanche, l'humidité et l'absence de ménage dans la chambre du bas nous a fait regretter cette location. vu le prix demandé, c'est inacceptable. nous avons eu tout loisir d'admirer des blattes se baladant le long du mur, surement suite au grand nettoyage que nous avons fait en bas. Bref, le cadre était idéal, mais le reste... Je ne recommande pas. »

« Isa was so amazing with communication and helping me set up any needs that I had for my trip. There was a welcome basket with bread and cheese and tea and coffee and water which was so much appreciated. A beautiful setting on their banana farm and close to an amazing restaurant and nice hiking. I love that the property has a bathtub for after a long day of hiking. Outdoor patio and barbecue we're a lovely place to end the day as well. I can't recommend this property more for a quiet place on...

« Ein schönes und gut eingerichtetes Häuschen in einer wunderschönen kleinen Faja an der Südostseite von São Jorge. Auf der Anfahrt gut einkaufen und ein Mietauto sind sehr hilfreich. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Lage sehr gut zum Baden im Meer im Naturschwimmbecken im kleinen Hafen, fußläufig in 3min erreichbar. Wunderbare Sitzecke mit Blick aufs Meer. »

« We had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay, using the house as a base to climb Mt Pico, enjoy a whale watch and a wine tour. The host was very helpful with advice and helped arrange the wine tour and driver. The view out the back is beyond gorgeous and it’s a perfect deck to eat all your meals. »
