Explore Old San Juan

The park offers a 3-mile loop that takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete. For safety, hikers should travel in the opposite direction of mountain bikers and consider using a trail app such as AllTrails.



Getting Around:

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.



We strongly recommend renting a car when staying in Vega Alta. A vehicle makes it easier to reach nearby restaurants, shops, beaches, attractions, and other areas of the island.



Uber service is not readily available in the area and should not be relied upon for transportation.

All properties include freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide:

Please note that disposable amenities are provided as starter supplies and are not unlimited. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.



Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. Please contact us up to 5 days before arrival to confirm availability.





TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



We strongly recommend that all guests consider purchasing travel insurance, not only during hurricane season from July through October, but throughout the year to help protect against unexpected events such as travel delays, cancellations, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.



Travel insurance may reimburse eligible expenses associated with covered cancellations or other travel disruptions, depending on the policy purchased. Please review the policy carefully before purchasing to understand its coverage, exclusions, and terms.

Check-In & Check-Out



Check-in: 4:00 PM



This is a self-check-in property, so guests may arrive anytime after 4:00 PM.



If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact us the day before arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability and our cleaning schedule and, when possible, typically begins around 11:00 AM.



For a guaranteed early check-in, guests must book the previous night to ensure the property is ready upon arrival.



Check-out: 11:00 AM



For late check-out requests, please contact us the day before departure. Late check-out is subject to availability.



Instant & Last-Minute Booking Policy



Instant Booking is available when the reservation is made at least 2 days before check-in.



For same-day or next-day reservations, availability depends on the cleaning schedule. Guests are welcome to send a booking request, but submitting a request does not guarantee that the reservation will be accepted. All requests must be reviewed and approved by our team.



Requests submitted late at night may not be reviewed until the following day. Same-day bookings are usually not accepted after 6:00 PM.





House Rules



NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



NO PETS

Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents and other guests.



UTILITIES - WATER & ELECTRICITY

In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses.



If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum occupancy is 7 adults and/or children at all times, including visitors.



OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



TOWELS & LINENS

Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to become stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



TOWEL HANGING

Please do not hang towels or other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



SUBLETTING

Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

The pool is a shared space. We kindly ask all guests to use it responsibly and respect others staying at the property.



Quiet hours and respectful behavior help ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay.



Events and large gatherings are not permitted.

Please respect other guests using the shared pool and outdoor areas.
