« We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine. »

« Cosy small and practical (there's even bedsheets and towels) mountain house. The 30 minutes mountain road to get to the lake was not a problem for us, the view from the road is absolutely stunning. For hikers there are multiples options directly from the house. Despite being quite isolated, the village is populated. »

« Maison parfaitement équipée, jacuzzi et piscine chauffée opérationnels pour notre séjour, superbe vue. Excellente situation pour visiter les incontournables du Lac de Côme. Impossible d'échanger avec la propriétaire via le site Abritel suite à un problème technique, mais heureusement, toutes les infos nous avaient été communiquées à l’avance. Merci à Elisa pour l’accueil parfait. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter. »

« Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) »

« La location est calibrée pour 4 adultes. Nous sommes arrivés avec un enfant en plus que nous avons pris en charge in extremis. Nous n'avions pas prévenu ce qui j'en conviens n'est pas courtois. L'accueil a été un peu froid et après discussion - 2 jeunes enfants exigent moins de confort qu'un adulte - notre hôtesse a fait preuve de compréhension - et je l'en remercie - et a consenti à nous recevoir. Le jardin est très agréable et la vue sur le lac réjouissante. Un bémol, la route Como-Bellagio...

« We spent very nice vacation days at Lake Como. The apartment is located in a house built into the mountain. Therefore, you have to climb some stairs to get to the apartment, but then you are rewarded by a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. We felt very comfortable. »

« Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. The pool was perfect...

« This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family. »

La communication par mail et message avec le staff est rapide et efficace ! L’hôtel et à 5 mins à pied de la gare centrale ce qui nous a permis de rejoindre l’hôtel rapidement le soir et très pratique pour notre train du lendemain matin ! Le petit moins le matelas n’étais pas tout à fait confortable pour nous et le pommeau de douche était cassé mais ce n’est pas très...

« Dommage que cet appartement soit si bruyant, on ne peut louer à ce niveau de prix sans mettre des fenêtres réellement isolante! sinon l'accueil la situation et la literie sont tout à fait correctes. »
