Beach Villa Varna is a family-owned business dedicated to providing high-quality accommodation in a unique natural setting, while also offering convenient access to the centеr of Varna. The sound of the waves and the sea breeze will accompany you throughout the day, while the ever-changing cаlours of the sea panorama will captivate you. During the winter months, you can enjoy the fresh sea air with a cup of hot coffee or take a refreshing dip in the sea after relaxing in the Finnish sauna.

The Space

The villa offers 233 m² of living space spread across two levels. The ground floor features an open-plan layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, all opening onto a sea-facing veranda. This level also includes a full bathroom and a sauna that operates in two modes: infrared and traditional Finnish sauna.

The upper floor features three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an en -suite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms can be connected through an interconnecting door or used separately. Guests in these rooms can use either the bathroom on the same floor or the one on the ground floor. All bedrooms offer sea views.
Behind the house, there is a garden with a relaxation area and parking.

Other Things to Note

The villa is located just 20 minutes south of Varna city centre, in the Priboy area. Two other large sandy beaches are situated nearby: Chernomorets–Pasha Dere and Veteran–Fichoza. Within walking distance, you will find several restaurants and a fishing village.
