« The only area that needs improvement is more wait staff for the dining areas. It can be a bit of a wait to get your service without tracking someone down. May have to do with lack of direct tipping that I am used to in the US where performance and customer satisfaction have a monetary reward. Also ala carte doesn't seem to be the norm in the main restaurant, so be sure to request it on the way in. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel and a pleasant stay. »

« Keep in mind this is a party resort. The staff and food were excellent. Grounds (area) were very clean. My room was very clean. My only concern was the band stage that went from 6pm to midnight everyday but Saturday that went from 6pm to 2am. Would I book the resort again that would be a definite YES. I had a great time !!! »

« Good hotel , good location; the weakest point is the resturant at the breakfast time; You have to wait, because too many people ans service slow and disorganized which adds delay for the people who sit but wait fro their coffee 15 minutes sometimes: »

« I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions. »
