About this space
This is a private 1 bedroom suite located in a quiet area in the middle of Vancouver. No car? No Problem! Bus transit is a few steps away. 5 min walk to 49th and Fraser with steps to groceries, and restaurants. Bus #49 to UBC or Metrotown and Canada Line (Downtown/YVR airport)
The suite is located on the basement floor (plenty of windows) with a separate entrance. The bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and a full closet. Pictures do not do the justice!
The space
Our place is great for small families and couples. We are about a 15 min drive from the airport, and 15 min drive to downtown. The guest will enjoy a brand new queen sized bed (medium firm) with soft linens. Stay connected with the complimentary Wi-Fi . There is a desk in the bedroom for reading or working. A huge island is located in the kitchen which can be used to enjoy your morning coffee and dinner. It is also a perfect spot if you want to set up a work station during the day. Unwide in the living room with Smart TV that is already connected to Disney+ and Amazon Prime Videos.

Our home is not suitable for any parties. Smoking and vaping is also not allowed at all times on the property.
Guest access
Guest has his/her own private entrance to the suite. No need to share anything. If staying longer than 7 days, laundry can be provided but please check with host first.

With the smart lock, you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM. We can provide earlier access if the suite is ready. Our check-out time is 11:00 AM and we are open to late check-out requests based on availability. If I am around, I would love to greet you there.

Our suite is equipped with a first aid kit, flashlight, fire extinguisher and wired smoke and carbon monoxide smoke detectors.
