Welcome to Crosstown! Conveniently located between West Pender Street & Expo Blvd (North to South) & Cambie Street to Main Street (East to West). Being situated just South of Historic Gastown and East of Historic China Town, Crosstown Vancouver is located in the middle of the oldest and most cultural areas of Downtown Vancouver.
One minute from Stadium Chinatown station, you can get anywhere in or out of Vancouver via a quick ride on the SkyTrain.
We`re also right by Rogers Arena, where there`s tons of sports games and concerts held all the time.
There are several grocery stores around accessible via just a short walk, including a costco right next door, a T&T and Rexall across the street, and Nester`s Market (for all grocery needs) about 5 minutes away.
There`s TONS of food options on the block or within walking distance- some of our favourites include the variety of cultural restaurants in the International Village Foodcourt (across the street, 2nd floor), tons of fantastic sushi (you really can`t go wrong anywhere in Van- it`s all fresh!) and local favourites like Tacofino and Peaceful Chinese Food all just a few blocks away. Lots of vegan options too!
There`s also a thriving Cafe scene, with dozens of indie coffee shops being on our street or just a few blocks away.
The public transit in Vancouver is excellent. Get anywhere in or around Vancouver with the vast network of buses & sky trains.
The nearest station is Stadium Chinatown. It`s located one minute away.
Lyft, Uber and taxis operate everywhere nearby and are a quick and affordable means of getting around.

2. No parties. We have close relationships with our neighbours and respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held.
3. Please note that smoking and drugs are not permitted in the entire building, including common areas and patios.
4. No pets, please.
5. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm.
6. Please check out on time to avoid a $50 late check-out fee. Normal checkout time is 10:00 am. The cleaners must clean the unit on time for the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unless otherwise discussed, guests in the residence/building after 1:00 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.
7. Please let us know if you need to check-in past 10:00 pm in advance.
8. Guests are assured that the space will be clean and in working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside of our control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside our control, we will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify us immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems we are able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs needed due to actions of the Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Host.
