The space
✨ Layout:
The kitchen and dining area share an open layout with the main bedroom (queen bed), separated by a stone wall divider for a cozy yet distinct feel. A small writing desk is located here.

A separate living room serves as a comfy TV lounge (4k smart TV and electric fireplace), featuring a twin daybed — great for relaxing or accommodating an additional guest.

The patio is all yours, with a good view, little outdoor table set, and some cute fairy lights that will come on sunset.

We’ve stocked the space with thoughtful touches — quality towels and linens, natural soaps, and a well-equipped kitchen for quick meals or cozy nights in. Whether you're cooking or just winding down, it’s all here for you

Start your day slow with an old-school French press experience. Use the hand grinder, brew fresh organic beans, and sip your coffee as the morning light fills the room — or take it to the patio for a peaceful moment with the view.

We use only natural, eco-friendly products to clean and wash bedding — so you can relax knowing your space is healthy and chemical-free. Items provides by us are also all natural and organic such as: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, spices, coffee, sweeteners etc.

🛎️ Check-In Note:
As this is a laneway house, you’ll receive our neighbor’s address across the street for easier navigation — it helps guests locate us more easily and makes check-in a breeze.

Quick highway access, reach most core areas such as downtown Vancouver, North Vancouver, White Rock, Langley in about 30 minutes (just avoid rush hour).

Furry friends policy: Cats allowed, but no dogs allowed.

There are dogs and cats on the property - all friendly - just take caution if there are allergies.

No parties, events or gatherings.

Strictly no smoking allowed in the suite.
