- Spacious living room perfect for group gatherings
- Fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and shared meals
- Front garden and pedestrian-friendly street - ideal for walking, jogging, or evening strolls
- Pet-friendly (advance notice required, conditions apply)
- Capacity: This home comfortably accommodates 10 guests and can host up to 12 guests with an additional fee (Using the sofa bed or mattresses are provided)

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private access to the entire space. There are no shared spaces/entrances
***Important notes regarding privacy:
- The host is living in one separate bedroom on the main floor and does not share the kitchen or living room with guests, as required by Vancouver regulations.
- The basement is rented to another friendly family with a fully separate entrance and no shared spaces.
***Please note: the basement household has children. While soundproofing measures have been added, occasional noise may be heard. We appreciate your understanding and transparency is important to us.
