The Space: Welcome to Wildwood Ranch! This stunning home is located in one of Vancouver's most popular suburbs, and is a mere 15 miles from Portland - just a short jaunt to the river, too. Recently renovated and professionally designed with plenty of space to lounge and loads of fun things to do within, this is the perfect home for groups of families, friends, or those who just prefer a bit more space & quiet during their vacations. This home includes off street parking for 2-3 cars. On top of that, it's pet friendly (fees apply)!
Need a little space from the kids? No problem. This home has two full levels, with more than enough entertainment to keep the kids busy downstairs, while the adults sip champagne upstairs. The many games, puzzles, and the newly felted pool table will keep the whole group entertained for hours!

The Neighborhood: Hazel Dell is a suburb of Portland and is located in Clark County. The neighborhood offers a suburban feel and is the perfect place to stay for families and other large groups looking for a peaceful place to stay but with the benefit of easy access to Portland. In Hazel Dell there are a lot of coffee shops and parks and an ever-growing collection of new restaurants and breweries. The pride of longtime Hazel Dell residents and businesses is evidenced each spring during the Parade of Bands. Held annually since 1964, the parade occurs on Armed Forces Day and attracts more than 5,000 participants and 20,000 viewers. New additions to Hazel Dell include the expansive Brothers Cascadia Brewing, which crafts classic, clean American beers on a 10-barrel system. Just outside the brewery, Pizzeria La Sorrentina has earned rave reviews for churning out wood-fired, Neapolitan pizzas in an unassuming food cart. If you're looking for more options, Downtown Vancouver is 6 short miles away via the easily-accessible I-5 and has TONS of restaurants, bars, and shops as well as a fantastic waterfront park. From there, just follow the I-5 over the bridge a few more miles or hop on public transportation and you will find yourself in Portland, where the options are limitless.

This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. Please note: This home has a 4 night and 6 guest minimum on all holidays/festivals and 3 night and 6 guest on weekends during our peak season (June-October). We also do not allow the weekends to be broken up. We do make rare exceptions, you are more than welcome to reach out and check with us!
