Wildwood Ranch is perfect for groups of travelers, large families and people who like a bit more space when they travel! This gorgeous, professionally-designed home boasts 4 private bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, two living spaces with fireplaces, a massive game room with pool table, card table, and TV lounge area, all backing to a stunning greenspace with an expansive cedar deck. This home has everything needed to keep even the pickiest of travelers (and kids, too!) happy.

The Space:
Welcome to Wildwood Ranch! This stunning home is located in one of Vancouver's most popular suburbs, and is a mere 15 miles from Portland - just a short jaunt to the river, too. Recently renovated and professionally designed with plenty of space to lounge and loads of fun things to do within, this is the perfect home for groups of families, friends, or those who just prefer a bit more space & quiet during their vacations. This home includes off street parking for 2-3 cars. On top of that, it's pet friendly (fees apply)!

Need a little space from the kids? No problem. This home has two full levels, with more than enough entertainment to keep the kids busy downstairs, while the adults sip champagne upstairs. The many games, puzzles, and the newly felted pool table will keep the whole group entertained for hours!

Looking to take a trip to Portland? We love it! And it's easy to get onto the road to PDX from this home, and you'll be in the city in a mere 15 minutes.

The Neighborhood:
Hazel Dell is a suburb of Portland and is located in Clark County. The neighborhood offers a suburban feel and is the perfect place to stay for families and other large groups looking for a peaceful place to stay but with the benefit of easy access to Portland. In Hazel Dell there are a lot of coffee shops and parks and an ever-growing collection of new restaurants and breweries. The pride of longtime Hazel Dell residents and businesses is evidenced each spring during the Parade of Bands. Held annually since 1964, the parade occurs on Armed Forces Day and attracts more than 5,000 participants and 20,000 viewers. New additions to Hazel Dell include the expansive Brothers Cascadia Brewing, which crafts classic, clean American beers on a 10-barrel system. Just outside the brewery, Pizzeria La Sorrentina has earned rave reviews for churning out wood-fired, Neapolitan pizzas in an unassuming food cart. If you're looking for more options, Downtown Vancouver is 6 short miles away via the easily-accessible I-5 and has TONS of restaurants, bars, and shops as well as a fantastic waterfront park. From there, just follow the I-5 over the bridge a few more miles or hop on public transportation and you will find yourself in Portland, where the options are limitless.

--IMPORTANT: Please note that on all bookings on platforms other than Airbnb there is a deposit of up to $1000.(Please inquire for the exact amount) This is to cover any potential damages to the home or property. Deposits will be refunded the day following the day of check out minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages and documentation for any deductions will be provided. This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. Please be aware that if you do chose a different payment method you will need to provide the payment details.

Please note: This home has a 4 night and 6 guest minimum on all holidays/festivals and 3 night and 6 guest on weekends during our peak season (June-October). We also do not allow the weekends to be broken up. We do make rare exceptions, you are more than welcome to reach out and check with us!

-- IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.

-- As required by the city for permit requirement of the rental, the following information are required for all guests whose reservations will be accepted:

5) License plate number if bringing a car (please provide on the day of check in if renting a vehicle)

-- Please note we accept up to 2 small, well-behaved dogs (25 lbs or less) $50 per pet per stay up to 20 days. Stays of 21+ days or more the dog fee is $200. Please inquire about any other types of animal companions. PLEASE NOTE THE DOG FEE IS TO BE CHARGED AFTER BOOKING
