« Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. « Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat! »

« Nachdem wir das Ferienhaus kurzfristig buchen konnten, haben wir noch einige entspannte Tage am Gardasee verbringen können. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Schade, dass die Buchungspattform Fewo-direkt nur eine Buchung nach 24 Stunden erlaubt... so haben wir einen Tag verloren und mussten eine Zwischenübernachtung in einem Hotel suchen. « L'emplacement est top, la vue et la piscine incroyables. Le gérant est très réactif. Cependant la maison pour 1000 euros par jour mérite un peu de rafraîchissement. Quelques soucis électriques bien gérés par holidays garda. Par contre de gros problèmes concernant la pression d'eau une grande partie de la journée. Nous étions 9 et prendre des douches et se laver les cheveux avec un filet d'eau était insupportable. Il faut absolument régler ce problème car le reste est top. »

« Our group of nine loved everything about this property. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained, and we used the pool every day. The kitchen was very modern and well appointed and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. With a organic winery and a great olive oil producer on the same road, and easy access to local markets and restaurants the location couldn’t have been better. It is also a very peaceful environment, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee of afternoon...

« Das Haus lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Die Seesicht ist unbezahlbar, der Garten sehr gross und gut abgesichert, so dass sich unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Die Lage ist top. 2 Restaurants hat es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schade war einzig, dass der Whirlpool nicht funktioniert hat. Ebenfalls war kein Toaster und keine Kaffeemaschine auffindbar. Sonst ist das Haus sehr gut und praktisch eingerichtet, empfehlen es gerne weiter. »

« Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic. »
