Private Rustic Cottage in Nature

Recently renovated and comfortable cottage. 2 min drive from the A15 Borgotaro toll booth! Get away from the hustle and bustle, and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this mountain cottage retreat. Yet all the major tourist attractions and shopping are close. This self-contained 2 bedroom country cottage sleeps up to 6 people. Located in the NW region of Italy on the border of Tuscany and Liguria. Day trip to Cinque Terre, Florence, Pisa etc. Free pick-up and drop-off at the Berceto train station.

The space:
Come and experience the real Italy in a truly authentic and personal manner. Casa Molinari is a private, clean and completely self-sufficient 2 bedroom cottage. It is located on Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia Romagna border. Sleeps 6 comfortably (1 Queen size beds, 2 bunk beds and a Double pull-out bed/couch in the living room. There is also a studio apartment that can be rented in addition, and this sleeps 2 adults comfortably (Queen size bed) with a private bathroom. This space is also advertised on airbnb. For parties larger than 8 guests, the property is very large and well maintained so tents could be pitched for additional fees of 20 euros a head.

There is an outdoor entertainment area, BBQ/Cooking and picnic area. This charming and very private cottage is located on a large piece of land that has a fruit tree orchard. It is in the country, but is close to the town and the river and all the services - pure happiness. An hour drive from the sea and the beaches. Parma, Italy, in Borgo Val di Taro (and various accessories) are in the vicinity. It is very close to #15 highway (a la Spezia and Parma), the train and several airports Pisa and Milan). Borgo Val di Taro is 11 km away, and has all the necessary amenities. A quiet retreat is a great way to spend a holiday among the excursions to various tourist attractions and the nearby cities. Use, it as a base for visiting the tourist attractions in Parma, Milan, Bologna, Florence, Venice, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca etc. most of north-west, the tourist attractions are easily accessible by car or train.
