Each room at both lodges has 1 designated parking spot next to the lodge. Additional vehicles may park in our wedding venue parking lot.
Other things to note
This property is a business. It is a fully operating bed & breakfast and special event & retreat resort. We specialize in Whole Weekend Weddings, and when we don't have weddings booked, we make our lodge available to be rented. You will have all six rooms in our White Oak Lodge, all three rooms in our Red Oak Lodge, and access to our 55,000-gallon pool, our large commercial kitchen, coffee bar, dining, and game rooms. We make a complimentary Southern style breakfast each morning.

As with most bed & breakfasts, we live in and maintain this property. We have our own apartment, kitchen, bedroom, etc that are built into the lodge., and we are available to you as needed, and will happily assist you in operating things such as (hot tub, stove, grills, etc.) and of course we'll prepare you a delicious breakfast each morning. But this is not a private house; we have staff who assist us in maintaining the 24-acre property, the two lodges, and our event venue.
