This is a newly built 3 bed 2 bath home. Just a couple minute walk to the lake and view from the house. Your family can make memories and come back for year to come. Swimming, fishing and kayaking!!!!
Looking for your next vacation? Look no further than this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Fits 2 family's! With everything you'll need, a fully stocked kitchen, W&D, toys, books, board games, Foosball, pop a shot basketball, 2 adult bikes, kayaks, wifi, BBQ, and fire pit you have it all. There is 2 beach accesses where you can swim, kayak, boat and fish. The Lake is stocked yearly with trout. Come stay at this home away from home and make your next set of memories.

The lake view in the trees

There were two people cutting weeds when we arrived. They where hot and went to get water. Then did not return. That was perfect because pollen was flying. 😎 The house is large with plenty of space. The young ones loved the four bunks. The garbage can is down on the street, on opposite side. So it all worked.

The house was very nice. There was also some canned food, extra coffee, tea, and spices it was absolutely wonderful to walk in to the kitchen and find things that I had forgotten to pick up, which came in real handy. Thank you!!

A decent, clean house. Bathrooms have a good amount of towels. Beds are comfortable. Parking is on high incline gravel. Lake house is two streets off of lakefront.

Good experience

The house is clean and updated, the basement pay area was cold, could use a heat source, so the children could play comfortably down there, but overall we were very happy with the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. Master bathroom is spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice patio, for summertime use, overlooks the lake.

Nice place in the Valley

This was a convenient area to spend time with friends while skiing at 49° North. The facility is really well stocked and Dena is quite responsive. Directions are iffy but that's on Google/Apple. Recommend just analyzing the map upon close arrival due to narrow streets.

Hard to find but worth the hunt!

Google maps did a weird job of getting us there but once we got there it was a great place. Well appointed and even had a few pantry items above and beyond salt and pepper. It wasn’t quite snowing but it was freezing, the house heated up nicely and we were very comfortable. It has been nicely remodeled. Good bed, blanket, pillow situation, nice quiet neighborhood. And a very short walk to the lake for summertime travelers. We will definitely come back.

Had a great stay

We had a great stay. Property was clean, modern and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space. There is no private lake access but the two Winona beach resorts are very close by. A lamp or two in the living room for some ambient lighting would make a big impact! We would definitely stay again.

Quiet comfortable getaway

This property has a large deck with comfy couch. A great place for coffee, BBQ and watching the local deer and a variety of birds. Inside the property is well stocked and clean. The lake is beautiful. We brought SUPs and kayaks and we’re able to enjoy paddling around the lake and used the local resorts swimming and fishing docks. Caught a 5 lb largemouth bass and lots of perch. We would stay here again!! There is a lot of potential in the outside grounds of the home- but it will take some time and sweat to make that happen!

We enjoyed our stay the house was very nice inside and beds were comfortable, driveway was a bear and very steep. Grounds are not maintained but nice deck. Wifi but no internet and never where able to get anything on the TV. Host was not easily reached. We loved the lake, outside of a few things we would recommend.

Not what I expected.

Host is hard to contact. Did not receive code for entry, until second day of rental. Residence is very hard to find. Restricted access to lake. Lake frontage is private and has no public access, close by. We did have to pay a use fee at a local resort for lake access, close to the unit. Use of kayaks was limited, also need a form of transportation for moving the kayaks. 2 of the 4 bikes had flat tires. Propane grill had no gas. Yard was very rough and not kid friendly. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Our stay was enjoyable within the confines of building. We would recommend this unit to friends.

Cozy winter getaway weekend

Although we had a difficult time finding the property in the dark and in the snow 🤪 the property owner answered when I called and helped me find it! The home is very clean and beautifully updated. Great things throughout the house to cater all ages which we LOVED! Overall and amazing experience for us, we plan to come back when it is warm to utilize more occomodations here like the bikes kayaks and fire pit!

Fall wedding trip

We stayed at this property for my son’s wedding in Loon Lake. It was a wonderful house and just perfect for what we needed. Very clean and updated…lots of space to hang out with the family. If we had more down time, we would have spent some time on the lake… that is a definite plan for next time. The property contact was super responsive and helpful… really appreciate the excellent care and communication. We had a great time and will recommend this to others for sure!

Memorable family time

This little house was completely equipped for a family vacation. We stayed for a week and it was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy the lake. The house was very clean and just adorable. Living room does not have a lot of seating so we just brought in our own beach chairs so that we could sit together. All the family enjoyed sitting on the deck and drinking our morning coffee. We enjoyed the foosball table and basketball hoop downstairs. We were so thankful to have access to the private beach which made it possible to enjoy the lake. The only drawback is the driveway is quite steep and the yard is not landscaped, but the owner did say they were going to be working on that. Overall we had a very nice stay!
