« The house is exactly as pictured and a short walk to the beach. On clear days, we could see the ocean in the distance. The home is well-appointed, with comfortable furniture, quality kitchen utensils, generous “base” supplies, and the whole house was spotless! We loved driving into Newburyport to shop and dine (be sure to eat at Poynt!), and, had the weather been nicer, we would’ve walked around the neighborhood or on the rail trail. Absolutely perfect for our annual girls’ weekend! »

« We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches. »

« Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we have to make a future stay more luxurious, would be newer towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. »
