The host was really easy to communicate with, and she got back to me super fast whenever I had a question. The bed was really comfortable, and the AC was nice and cold. « We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is located in a very quiet small complex on a quiet street yet close to downtown Pasadena. It looks exactly like the photos on the website and is sparkling clean with all modern amenities, and the bedding is very comfortable! Communication with the host is excellent. It definitely deserves 5 stars in all categories! »

« The place was decent for a one night stay. Check-in directions were a little confusing on how to access the unit but was able to figure it out. The place is a little noisy at night as it’s right next to a busy freeway and the bedroom was a little bright at nighttime due to lighting from a property across the street, it could use some blackout curtains. The couch and carpet were pretty dirty and in need of a serious steam cleaning. The coffee maker was a nice touch and the two tv’s were enormous. »
