« *Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously. « Great spot to stay in Edmonton! Perfect location (and easy parking) and near schools with playgrounds and was nice and safe at night! Upon arrival the door code did not work and we waited outside for half an hour: messaging, calling and texting before host responded. Had advised in advance that we would be arriving late and with children. Offered an apology but no reparation for the crazy inconvenience.
