« Check in was easy and friendly, a lovely collie welcomed me into the yard as well! The Tack room was clean and comfortable and good for my brief stay. I hadn't appreciated how noisy the motorway would be and so had to close the windows in the bedroom to be able to get to sleep. Apart from that it would be a nice place to stay to explore the area. I was up very early in the morning, and it was perfect for my requirements. »

« We had a lovely few days stay. Everything you need is in the kitchen, even as far as washing powder. The cottage is old so the stairs creak a bit but thats only to be expected. Beds comfortable as well as the sofas. It is a dog friendly cottage even supplying the dog bowls. The only thing we found is you have to drive to the beach to walk the dog as we didnt feel comfortable walking along the lanes. »

« We had a lovely time. Very quiet rural setting. Good but "gnarly" uphill dog walk from the door on a footpath. The road was narrow winding with no pavement so you needed to go by car to go anywhere else.We could have done with some written instructions for some of the appliances (which were all very good) but Helen could not have been more helpful. Bringing us fresh eggs from their hens and ducks was really nice and made us feel welcome. We were also provided with milk, butter, bread and...

« The cottage was very convenient for tourist attractions around Swansea, Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons. The internet connection was poor and this included the TV. The property is old and would benefit from some serious professional decorating and carpet fitting. That said, you get what you pay for and this was an inexpensive solution for us as a last minute break, and we were comfortable enough and warm. »
