« MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein was wunderbar! Everything was very clean including the guest rooms and common areas. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you do not speak fluent German, it is not a problem because all of the staff spoke English. We were there in mid September(off peak time) but there was still lots to see and do…in fact we didn’t get to do all we wanted to do in the 8 days! « Room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Be aware that this is not the mother property and in order to check in and check out, you have to go to a different hotel down the street. There is almost no front desk staff at this location ever. The breakfast (in the mother hotel) is wonderful! »
« Wow, what a wonderful stay. Room 128 (Heavenly Suite) was modern, clean, spacious and beautiful, and despite not having AirCon and the 35 Deg C temperature outside, remained cool. Fabulous views of the Valley, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, half hour walk to town and 20min walk to the cable car (which was free, thanks to a hotel voucher). We didn’t have time to use the spar/pool. Honestly one of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had. »
