We are in Calle Manuel Andrés 19: a quiet, residential street well connected to the centre and the rest of the city.
The centre is 20 minutes away by car or Metro, the City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanogràfic are 2 Metro stations away. Cabanyal Beach and the Marina are as little as 8 minutes by car, or 15 minutes with the "Beach" bus.
Park for free on the street: there is plenty of it and spots are easy to find. Within 5 minutes' walk there are cafes, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets and the Metro.
