*Please note guests must climb stairs to access bedrooms. This home is historic, so the stairs may be difficult to climb for young children and those with disabilities. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor.

You will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. We have a locked closet downstairs. Our cleaners keep their supplies in this closet. Please do not attempt to open or unlock it.

This home is located in the Brookwood North Historic District, a charming and walkable neighborhood filled with beautifully preserved historic homes and tree-lined streets. It’s just a short walk to Valdosta State University (VSU) and a quick drive to Downtown Valdosta, where you’ll find local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique shopping. A peaceful, character-rich area perfect for exploring on foot.



Getting Around



While there are no sidewalks in the residential area, the neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate by foot or car. VSU is within walking distance, and it’s a quick drive to Downtown Valdosta for restaurants, shopping, and local coffee. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.



Parking



Guests have access to private on-site parking directly at the home, with room for multiple vehicles. Parking is simple and convenient during your stay.



In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.



There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in.
