Located on the first tee of Vail’s 18-hole PGA Championship golf course/Nordic Center, and only 1.25 miles from the center of beautiful Vail Village, Fallridge is ideally situated amid the abundant winter and summer activities the area offers. Vail, Colorado is internationally known for its superior skiing, and the
spectacular warm weather months offer even more to do.

This tastefully updated, spacious 2 bed/ 2 bath condo in Fallridge will accommodate up to six guests comfortably. As you make your way into the unit you are welcomed by cascading light in the modern living room, and kitchen stocked with all the gear needed to fuel up for long days on the mountain. Just
off the kitchen, there is a breakfast nook for everyone to gather around. The spacious, sunny, quiet deck is the perfect spot to relax and sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail as you enjoy the gorgeous mountain view. 

The primary suite is located just off the living room and comes equipped with a cozy king bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a modern sit/stand workstation with docking station and dual monitors. The guest bedroom is set with a queen size bed, queen sofa bed, kitchenette, and en-suite
with shower. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate larger groups. All beds are outfitted with comfy mattresses and hotel quality linen for a great night of rest. 

Fallridge is located right on the free Town of Vail bus route (5 minute ride to the least-crowded Vail mountain access at Golden Peak, 3 minutes more to Vail Village). The paved Gore Valley Trail provides biking out your front door, the Vail Trail out back offers hiking through one of the most beautiful Aspen forests anywhere, and fly fishing is only a few hundred feet away in Gore Creek. No matter how you love to enjoy the mountains, Fallridge is the perfect place for your next getaway!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Beaver Creek and Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.
