Guests will have exclusive access to the entire single-family home. The property is set up for a comfortable self-guided stay, with private bedroom entries, plenty of space to spread out, and a layout that works well for larger groups.

GETTING AROUND
A bus stop at the end of the driveway makes it easy to get around without relying on your car. The home also offers garage access, a carport, and parking for up to five vehicles in front of the house, which is especially helpful for groups arriving separately.

In winter, the driveway is plowed and shoveling service comes daily during the snow season, helping keep arrivals and departures manageable. From this East Vail location, guests have a straightforward home base for exploring Vail Village, the surrounding mountain area, and nearby trail access.

QUIET HOURS
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be considerate of neighbors at all times. Parties and events are not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking and vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.

PETS
Small dogs are welcome, up to 2 total with a $150 pet fee.

PARKING
There is parking available for up to 5 vehicles in front of the house, plus garage and carport access.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE
There are exterior security cameras in place to monitor the front drive.

As is common throughout the Vail Valley, this home does not have air conditioning. Vail’s cool mountain climate and comfortable evening temperatures typically allow the home to cool naturally by opening the windows.

OCCUPANCY
Reservations may be subject to additional guest fees. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in may be requested on the day of arrival through your digital guest guide. Requests are subject to availability and the cleaning team`s schedule. If approved, a $50 early check-in fee applies.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are not permitted. Our cleaning teams operate on carefully scheduled timelines, and guests must vacate the property by the designated check-out time. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $125 fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

BELONGINGS
Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.

OWNER STORAGE
Any locked owner storage areas are not accessible to guests.
