The 1,100-square-foot space is warm and inviting, offering a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The inviting living room has floor-to-ceiling windows, plush sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, and a TV. Whether you're planning to spend your days skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or fishing, you'll sleep soundly in one of three bedrooms. High-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay. The free Vail Bus is steps from your door and a short ride to the village.
You'll be perfectly placed to reach Vail Village (just over three miles west), with a stop for the free Town of Vail shuttle bus right in front of the building. And you'll be welcomed home to Pitkin Creek Park each afternoon by a seasonal swimming pool that's open all summer, a year-round hot tub, a sand volleyball court, and an on-site grocery store.

Ski shuttle details: The Town of Vail Bus is STEPS away from the front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The place was in great shape. Excellent location next to the supermarket/liquor store. Only negative was we had a few people there and they only let you have two parking spaces, but there was plenty of parking.

Great location, beautiful views.
Staying here for the proxy to work. It was comfortable and easy to access. Great views of waterfalls and wildlife. Trails are literally right out the door.

Great home near Vail
Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice kitchen and livingroom. Hot tub within walking distance. East vail bus route goes to the gondola in 4-5 stops every 15 minutes.

Pitken creek
The home was poorly maintained- windows were beaten up and some didn’t open and close. Cooking utensils were sparse- all knives were broken and unusable. Seemed as if the owners didn’t care about the state of the condo.

Needs some attention.
Poor service from management. Kitchen light out on arrival. Immediately notified per instructions. No one came to fix until 5th day , the day before we were to leave. Had to use light on iPhone when preparing meals in kitchen while there. Furniture was soiled. There was a dirty pan and cup left from before. No barbecue on deck as advertised, nor chairs on deck.
It was very inconvenient trying to cook in kitchen without a light.
We feel these things should have been pre- reviewed and attended to prior to our arrival.
Screens missing from bedroom windows. Also some cabinet hinges needed resecuring.

Read the reviews, accurate representation
Location is great, steps from shuttle. Aside from that the reviews of poor condition are accurate. I read the reviews prior to booking and found them to be focused on minor issues. Now I realize those minor issues are really a representation of a much larger property management negligence issue. Rest assured, if you have an issue, no one will attend to it in a timely manner. First we didn’t have firewood as promised in the description. Second, we were locked out of the unit for 10 hours because there is one key and the door locked from the inside behind us. We called and texted all day to have someone let us back in and received canned auto responses that someone was looking into it. Eventually, 10 hours later, with no help in sight, we had to break in through climbing up the balcony and breaking into one of the broken windows to get back in.

Great location, comfortable, clean and fairly priced
Queen beds were very comfortable, living room area quite large. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Easy parking for car and bus picks up at end of parking lot.

The upstairs is a little bizarre as the bedroom has a window to living room leaving very little privacy. Found the place clean at first glance but found out quick not to move things as the cleaners must just go around all furniture. A little disappointed in the conditions, but the price reflected it compared to others and location was awesome

Worst vacation rental property -Embarrasing to bring family

There were so many amenities not working in this property: - There were no screens in the bedroom windows and hundreds of insects flew in at night and landed on the bed and flew to the bathroom we were unable to sleep in the master bed. we were killing insects and trying to keep them out of the other bedroom. -a front window closing mechanism was not working and we were unable to close window from inside the condo. -the light fixture in the dining area would not turn off. had to get on a chair and unscrew each light to turn it off. -the bathroom fixture in the master bed came out when trying to turn on water. -one lightbulb in the kitchen was out and made kitchen dim. -one lightbulb was out in the second bedroom. -the outside balcony was dirty and full of spider webs and there was no place to sit. -the kitchen cabinets looked greasy and dingy. This has been the worst experience ever. We had family over from another country and were very embarrassed to bring them to this place. After I complained, screens were put in windows and got linens changed and light fixtures were fixed. However, this property was not ready to be rented. not sure why it says remodeled.

We love the Pitkin creek condos but there were a lot of things with this particular condo that could have been improved. It was nice to have a condo so close to the bus stop and it was attractive. There were many dishes and utensils that were dirty but in the drawers/cabinets. We had to wash everything before using. The doors and drawers were not hinged properly and would fall off upon opening. The shower head was horrible. There was not enough seating in the living room. The washing machine didn't properly spin the water out so it took forever in the dryer. The thermostat didn't seem to work properly. We had a good time but would probably not rent this particular condo again. A little maintenance would go a long way and a longer couch.

We had a wonderful stay with Gore Creek Properties! The condo is cozy, updated, and has everything you need for a week in the mountains. It was stocked with plenty of wood for the fire, and when we needed extra towels for the hot tub, they were hand-delivered within minutes. Loved the condo and the staff. The bus stop to Vail Village is right outside the door--very convenient! We would definitely go back!
