Overall nice place. Fantastic location right in middle of Lionshead, super close to gondola and market and restaurants. Biggest critique is that the living area is VERY small and cramped. The furniture is hard and uncomfortable and there was not enough space for my family of 4 (2 little kids!) to simply sit and relax comfortably. Ended up laying in bed instead most nights for this reason. Also VERY little space in bathroom for our bare essentials. Not enough towels, had to do laundry (which is down 2 flights of stairs). Hot tub on roof outside has nowhere around it to put ur towel or clothes - very tiny area with just a few tiny hooks on the wall...it was snowing and my clothes and towel ended up on the ground!

The location was great -- very easy to get to the main lift and everything else in Lionshead. Bonus was a really nice view of the mountain as its a front facing unit. The property was clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the wood fireplace at night. Property manager was very responsive and we didn't have any check in issues. Minor issue with the coffee maker and us leaving some airpods behind -- but in both cases the manager was super quick to respond and help. Would stay here again and definitely recommend!

Location was the best! Perfect for a family of four. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit unbalanced, since I was the single parent this time, it worked out fine. The living room could use one more seat or a second couch. The loveseats’ cushions kept sliding and made it a a bit uncomfortable for sitting. Overall we were satisfied.

This cozy spot is location heaven for Lionshead Village in Vail. It's a stone's throw away from a great grocery store and walking distance (very short through the village) to the gondola. Please note that there is no A/C at this property. There was a smell coming from the master bathroom, and we never did get rid of it while we stayed there, but the property managers were very responsive and did all they could to help us.

Great stay! Hard to have a bad experience in Lionshead Vail. The room was perfectly located right inside the village with on the spot access to markets, shops, bars and most importantly the lifts. Real fireplace with starters and wood we used to enjoy the cracking fire every day and night. For the 3 of us (Wife, daughter and myself), the space was perfect. A second kid wouldn’t have been an issue, but a 3rd adult would’ve been a little tight on space after you bring in all your luggage. Overall very good stay and amazing trip. Will return again to stay at Vail 21.

We visited as a family of 4 over the Christmas holidays for a week. The condo location is excellent with easy access to a grocery store, Lionshead restaurants, ski equipment rental shops and the bus to Vail Village. Additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked, which allowed us to cook for our kids with ease. We had a great time and would stay there again!

Rob from RentVail was excellent to work with. He was very responsive. The unit is in the best location and the view was perfect. The beds are very comfortable which is one of the most important things to me. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location of this unit is literally the best you can get! You are looking directly at the slopes from your balcony, walk downstairs and you’re in the middle of Lionshead. The place was clean and it was very nice to have a kitchen. Most of the inside is newly renovated. Renovated parts are very nice. The unit is a little small for 4 people, but doable. Biggest issue is the size of the bathrooms, they are very, very small. Ladies with thick hair this is for you... I have a ton of hair and while this is not the strongest shower head by any means- it’s definitely not the worst, you can work with it! Someone was in our parking spot multiple times so that would be an issue during the winter when it’s busy, but Rob the manager would handle that for you if you send him a picture of the car. We were going back and forth of whether we should stay in Lionshead or Vail Village. My personal thought, stay in Lionshead- it’s more a small village feel. Then walk 15 mins or take the free bus to Vail Village. Both have great restaurants, but the Village side is a little busier. Will definitely be back!

The condo was absolutely lovely and a perfect spot for a ski vacation! Close to the Eagle Bahn Gondola and a myriad of spots and restaurants!

Great 2 bedroom set up on the 5th floor in the middle of Lionshead. Very convenient to the slopes and ski school. Kitchen has everything you need and the master bed was so comfortable- finally a bed as comfortable as your own. The owners have an Apple TV with tons of kid movies so the kids were so happy during our downtime. Beyond friendy town too- we will be back soon!

This was our first trip to Vail (or any ski destination in CO) and we weren't disappointed with our lodging. The property was very nice--spotless, tastefully decorated, and an unbeatable view. We appreciated the little touches like shampoos, soap, starter kits of kitchen supplies. fire wood, and humidifiers. The location was also perfect. A few steps to the bus stop (which takes you everywhere in Vail) or the Eagle Bahn gondola. Technically, this unit sleeps 6, but we had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it felt a little cramped at times. I'd say it's better suited for 4. If you travel to Vail with toddlers/pre-schoolers, be sure to check out the library when your kids get tired of the cold. Story time was wonderful (Cricket is great with kids) and they have lots of toys (train table, puzzles, blocks, cars, etc.). We ended up spending a lot of time there. From the door of this condo to the door of the library (via the bus) took less than 5 minutes. As a bonus, the library bus stop has an ice skating rink across the street. Our boys loved watching hockey practice whenever we waited for the bus. Of course, the buses came so frequently that we usually had to skip one or two so they could get their fill of hockey before we headed back. One thing to note is this unit only has one parking space. We had to park a second car across the street in a public garage. We wouldn't have minded except the garage charges $25 every time you take your car out. That was annoying. The manager/owner of this unit did mention that they manage multiple units in the building and if others are not rented, we could use their space. Unfortunately, they were all rented, though. That's definitely something to look into, though. All in all, a wonderful property that I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Well appointed and well equipped. I love the location. Right in the heart of Lionshead. We were a party of 3 women. Small condo but good job with use of space. I would come back again. Breeze Ski Rentals are on the 2nd floor. If you order online, you will receive a discount. They were great to work with. Good luck!

great location, right in the middle of lionshead. perfect accommodations for the four of us (two boys 4 and 2 years old). second bedroom with two beds for the boys and having their own bathroom with a tub was very helpful. hopefully will make return visit next year.
