One of the home`s best features is the private balcony overlooking the mountains. Step outside with your morning coffee, relax after a day on the slopes, or simply enjoy the incredible Vail scenery from the outdoor seating area.

Inside, the comfortable living room offers plenty of space for the group to gather around the wood-burning fireplace after a day of mountain adventures. The well-stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the dining area provides mountain views through the large windows.

The property includes 2 covered parking spaces for guests bringing vehicles. From the condo, you can walk to the Lionshead Gondola, restaurants, shops and village attractions, while Vail`s transportation options make it easy to explore other parts of town.

Guests have private access to the entire 2-bedroom condo and balcony, along with designated shared building amenities, including the seasonal pool, year-round hot tubs, recreation areas and grill.

Two covered parking spaces are included.

The condo is located on the 4th floor, and elevators provide convenient access from the building and parking areas.

No A/C: Like many mountain properties in Vail, this condo does not have air conditioning. Summer evenings are typically cooler, and opening the windows helps bring in the fresh mountain air.
