The living area is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture, plus a propane fireplace and a smart TV with cable. An adjoining dining table for six will be perfect for family meals or a gathering spot for board games. Show off your cooking skills and surprise everyone with delicious meals and snacks thanks to the full kitchen - it's equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-up. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the main living area.

Came into town during off season for shoulder surgery at Steadman Clinic. If you’re doing something similar and want peace and quiet, I would recommend asking if this is the week they are pressure washing the building. It’s been going on all day around our unit since we got here. Woke up day after surgery to the crew directly under the bedroom window. I realize building maintenance is necessary, but I’d ask if it’s happening during your trip. We stayed first week of May. Nice clean unit and location otherwise.

The property itself was good and a good location but the parking registration and car booting is a scam. I registered my vehicle through the parking service they use and I was booted on my last night at the property and the only way to release my vehicle was to pay a 144 fee which VRBO / Vacasa has refused to reimburse me for unless I can show a screenshot of my parking registration, which I did not take one as I never thought I would need it. But it doesn't make sense anyway since my rental included one parking permit and my vehicle was the one parking permit. When comparing the price of the unit to others, make sure to factor in the extra 144 you'll need to pay to get your car freed.

the property needed a permit to park but when i tried to register our car,it looks like somebody is already registered that day.the next day,they booted our car and made us pay 150$ to unboot it.i tried to call them to have them fix it and said they made a service request with no follow up.there was also no call back from them the whole day.terrible place.terrible customer service.definitely not gonna recommend this place to my friends

The property was nice overall. However, there was an issue with the washer and dryer. Whether it was a messed up spin cycle on the washer or a bad heating unit in the dryer, it was impossible to get clothes dried.

We had a fantastic experience renting this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the Vail Village with good restaurants, shops, and public transport. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall it’s a great place. There were a few things that need improvement. The living room sliding door need better blinds and add curtains to keep the heat away since there is no AC. Unfortunately the wood floors make lots of noise and thus if you have early risers, everyone will be up.

I like how this place is tucked up next to the mountains! The views were beautiful but the pictures of the place look so much nicer than what it actually is. You can tell the remodel was done cheaply. This property doesn’t have AC and when we arrived the temperature inside the condo was 78 degrees! Would have been nice to know that there was no AC. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The washer leaves your clothes soaking wet and takes forever to dry. Otherwise, the unit was clean and enough space for my family for our lacrosse trip.

Decent for a family of 4-5 with comfortable beds; however need to upgrade window coverings to make it total room darkening. You need to go up 2 flights of stairs and entry is on the back. It would be great if they stock up kitchen a bit, at least provide coffee. Also easy improvement would be to compile some local guide for restaurants & things to do etc.

It was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the ski hill. But the kitchen was barely stocked with enough dishes for 3 people let alone the 7 the condo will sleep. 4 mismatched coffee cups, 2 drinking glasses, 4 plastic wine glasses. Dishwasher was not bolted to the cabinet so it leaned forward when the door was opened.

We arrived after driving 10 hours to find several issues: 1. The door code would not unlock the door as the deadbolt was locked. I called the 800 number, and the customer service person from an overseas call center gave me a lockbox code. After that did not work in 5 below zero weather, I called again. A different customer service person gave me a new lockbox number, which worked. Inside the lockbox were two sets of keys totaling ten keys. I had to figure out how to use two keys at a time. Thirty minutes later, we get in. 2. We try to watch TV, and the default checkout app prompts us. After inputting the data, it would not connect. We had to unplug the TV twice, then unplug the box and reset the Wi-Fi. 3. The fridge was not cold and took 1 hour to cool. 4. Advertising with fireplace, and there is was a note stating do not use. 5. Shower water is either scalding hot or cold. I reached out to customer service via chat. After several minutes, I was disconnected. I then sent an email with a summary and images. Two days later, the customer service rep requested the pictures be re-sent. A day later, before check out, I inquired about my request for compensation. As of today, no response. Not the best experience.

We enjoyed this homely apartment during our ski vacation in Vail. A nice place to come over to after ski days, making dinners and watching movies. pros: - A good location, 5 minutes drive from the slops. - Organized well with a fully equipped kitchen, leaving room with a big TV, two bedrooms at the second floor, two restrooms, a bathroom, laundry machine and a dryer. - Very clean. - A great property management tool and support via Vacasa App. The reason for deducting a star is the following flaws that will hopefully be fix for the next guest: - The check in process wasn’t smooth - a wrong front door combination was provided and the owner did not respond, so we ended up calling Vacasa support to get in. - The bath faucet doesn't functioning well and it is very challenging to set the right temperature. - Although a fully equipped kitchen, the utensils are very basic, and coffee pods will be greatly appreciated. - Some missing vertical slides on the sliding door does not provide a great privacy.

Fix & flip on the cheap. Unit itself is "just ok" - gets the job done for a short trip. Furniture & kitchen appliances/utensils are all fairly cheap. For a short stay that is not that big of a deal, but for a longer stay it wears on you.
