We told them we would be there around 9pm and STILL had to request the info more than once. « Perfect home for families… the kids have the entire 3rd floor to themselves with 3 beds, tv, desk and plenty of room to play. Second floor has all the bedrooms and the big master bedroom and huge master bathroom for all the adults. Lower level has a big table for everybody to sit around and have dinner and play games. « Fantastic!! I can’t say enough great things about this house in Napa. It’s in the perfect location! The house itself is decorated so cute and was absolutely immaculate. The host is so great & responsive. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again! »

« This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is. »
