Our cozy unit is located in Pra-Loup, one of the best ski resorts in the Southern Alps! During winter, there's 180km of ski trails with 2 lifts in the surrounding area. Our charming apartment is just a 5-minute drive from the lifts! Located 10-minutes from the town of Barcelonnette in the Ubaye Valley, this area offers a weath of beautiful scenery including forestry and gorgeous mountain peaks.

Our space has 1 BEDROOM which features a Double bed and an Alcove with Bunks. You'll find a Pull-out bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens!

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. Bathroom linens are available on request for €8/kit. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge.

After exploring the mountains, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE and catch a show on the TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Make a quick meal in the KITCHENETTE that includes a stove, fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Residence Le Village de Praroustan where our 39m2 space is conveniently located. These include the on-site sauna/hammam that you can enjoy unlimited access to for €20/person and the shared indoor pool. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

Outdoor parking is available on-site, but spaces are limited. Indoor parking is available for €50/week. Pre-booking indoor parking is required.

Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for an additional fee of €62. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €500, a small daily eco tax per person, and a small daily tourist tax charged per person.

If you’d like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €12/night. You must supply proof of vaccinations and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the residence grounds.

• A kit of bathroom linen including 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel is available for €8/set
• Request baby equipment (high chair, cot and baby bath) before your arrival for €25/stay or €8/day
• Enjoy unlimited use of the sauna/hammam for €20/person
• Guests are requested to clean their unit before the end of their stay, but you can request an end of stay cleaning (except kitchen) from €62/apartment

• An ID card or a passport is required for all guests (babies included). Drivers licenses are not considered valid
