« Clean room, arrived after 1:00 am and we were provided a room by an elevator and breakfast area ( even though in the notes we requested top floor when we paid for the room online). « I went in a little early as I was just coming from a 400 mile drive and the lady was very helpful with getting me a room before the three o'clock check-in. I want to make note that this hotel is the only hotel in the area that will let you bring your cat inside. Every hotel that said they are pet friendly are liars if they're dog only. « Hi, I wanted to formally report several serious issues with Room 212 during our stay from May 27th through May 29th at the Ramada in Medford, Oregon.
Upon arrival, we found the frame around the door where the security latch/chain should be was ripped off. The security hardware itself is also not properly secured to the wall. The screws currently used are too short and do not appear to anchor into the wood framing, creating a safety and security concern.
