« The cabin was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was kind and patient (being tired after a long day on the road and a little absent minded I immediately locked my key in the room lol). The only glitch was that the hot tub was inoperative at first, but they sent someone down right away to fix it. We were looking forward to jumping in after our long day on the road, and so we had to wait quite a while for it to heat up enough to use, but at least we did get to use it and it was lovely. ...

« Signage needs fixing. Drove by hotel and spent 15 mins in circles in a housing area near hotel driveway. Big sign was out of view up in the air 50 ft or more. Good for highway visability, bad at eye level trying to find hotel which was located out of sight after turning onto Sky road. Bad experience. »

« We ended up booking this place to stay for the weekend but we didn't even check-in in the apartment. The street getting to this place is very rural and tight with no lights and we quickly realized that it would have been impossible for us to drive in and out of it easily at night. The street also doesn't seem to have any lights which makes it dangerous to drive in. « This is a lovely, unpretentious motel located in Murphy. Easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. It is about a 10-12 minute drive to the John C Campbell Folk School and easy driving to various trails and scenic spots. »

« Hotel propre et situé sur une route fréquentée, ce qui engendre un peu de bruit. Chambre de grande taille, propre. Décoration un peu surannée comme tous les hôtels US. Un peu bruyant à cause des autres clients qui prennent le frais sur la coursive, et des ces portes de communication entre chambres. Petit-déjeuner lamentable dans une salle exiguë au possible. Best Western pourrait mieux faire. Une nuit OK, plus cela demande des efforts... »
