« Overall, the room was very clean and well kept, and the check in process was quite easy with only a small hiccup (didn't know we had to go to a different location to pick up the key for the room, but it wasn't too far away). The only downside is that the first bullet point on the listing says "private beach," which I guess in the sense is not wrong, but it is very small area that is not well kept, and has a lot of rotting seaweed, which makes the "beach" quite undesirable. « Ocean Pointe has stellar views. All units slightly different, but amazing to view the Atlantic all day.We have stayed at many units at Ocean Pointe, this unit has a bit too much furniture & needs a new couch. The beds had dirty/soiled linens, the bathroom towels were used, and the entire property smelled like wet towels/mildew because the AC had been turned off. « This was a great unit for our purpose. Felt newly remodeled. Beds were comfy. Nice extras provided, like a cooler, pool noodles, pickleball, tennis rackets and some fishing gear. Check in & out was one of the easiest, so far. The pool was a HUGE hit. Location was good. Close to the park and good food.
