« We had a lovely few days away, close enough into Worcester by a five minute taxi, but far enough out to be quieter. The pub itself was lovely, There is an outdoor area with heaters and blankets so we could enjoy the quieter space. Breakfast was nice, would have been better if there was more of a menu to look at rather than just being asked what we wanted. However scrambled eggs were lovely, can’t fault the food. « Overall very disappointing : -if you come with kids you have to know, as incredible as it is, that the swimming pool is forbidden to kids from Friday to Monday. Kids means below 16. And does not matter if an adult come with them. On weekday pool only open from 11.00am to 7.00 (last entrance 6.30pm). Definitively not a familly hotel !!! « Fantastic last minute stay and so reasonably priced. Spa/Pool facilities were great. No Jacuzzi but the hot beds were a treat and very dark and relaxing atmosphere. Room was a nice size. Stunning view from our window. Would definitely return »

« I was very pleased with the hotel, located in the pleasant Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. I stayed for a week. Quiet, clean, tidy, lovely hotel. 18 minutes walk to the centre but I took the tram every day. Unlimited daily passes are very cheap. But above all, Mr. Edu was the main raison that made the whole experience beautiful. He tried to find a solution to every whim of mine in a professional manner. A true gentleman… I send him all my best wishes and I highly recommend the hotel. »
