« This hotel is not really a 5 star more like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old especially the bathroom it's not the level of Shangri la hotel we were quite disappointed. And it's situated in a big mall so there's a lot of people and a lot of noise. And it's way too expensive. The positif thing is the gym and a great breakfast »

« We had a very lovely stay at Astoria Plaza. We chose Astoria Plaza due to its convenient location to the Bayanihan Centre as we wanted it to be within walking distance due to Manila’s traffic. We were pleasantly surprised by the space of the 1-bedroom suite and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the suite. The air conditioning was also very much appreciated in Manila’s weather and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, plates, etc. If we could give some feedback, it’d be to perhaps...

« Upon arrival, the staff greeted us promptly with the utmost professionalism, The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two of us for our 2-night stay. We were quite pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of our room. The hotel is located in a central location that makes exploring easy. Will definitely stay here again in the future! »

« Great location. There is a connection to go to the mall without stepping outside of the hotel. It is a safe area. Lots of restaurants and shops. Public transportation is accessible. As for the stay in the hotel it was good except for a few things, in room safe was useless since it was not bolted to the closet. There was no shower door, I believe it was broken. Dishes in the room were dusty. The window latch was not set right so wind came through producing an annoying whine in high winds....

« Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. Only had breakfast for one day but the spread was generous »

« I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza in the past which is next to the Holiday Inn so I figured I would give the Holiday Inn a try. The hotel has definitely seen better days and needs to be updated. But the staff makes up for that by being attentive and prompt. »

« Sejour de 3 nuits a Pasig. tres bien situe, a cote du MegaMall avec beaucoup de choix de restaurants. La salle de Gym de l'hotel est tres bien equippe pour la musculation et la course a pied. La piscine est une peu petite mais agreable. »
