« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« We had asked for towels on the first of 2 nights due to a shortage for our family and had to ask again the next day because we still had not received them. We had to also reach out to get the bed sheets for the pull out couch. The same with toilet paper and kleenex. I had to go back to the front counter twice because we had no toilet paper. Seemed like it would have been a nice hotel 25 years ago but not much had been maintained. »

« We’ve stayed at numerous Hampton Inn that were by far much better than this location. The breakfast was so so, food was not hot. We actually went out and paid for breakfast a couple of mornings. The bed meaning obviously the mattress, was absolutely like laying on concrete very very hard. My husband and I both left with excruciating back pain.
The check-in and checkout process was amazing and quick. Mark checked us in and we also saw him during the course of our stay. He sent text messages to...

« The best hotel we have stayed in during our cross country trip! Everything was newly renovated, super comfortable beds, and they had nice washers and dryers! Everything was really clean as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! The only downside is they do not have elevators so keep that in mind if you have a lot of belongings. »
