Hôtels près du Université normale du Yunnan à Kunming

« The staff on reception were excellent and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. With us not speaking Chinese fluently, they arranged any thing we asked with a smile and professionalism. Can’t praise them high enough. They made our stay so much better. »

« This hotel is near the North Railway station and not near Dongfeng square. Also if you are ordering a Didi the name of the Hotel is Time Walk S. The wifi at the hotel is effectively unusable. If useable wifi not an issue for you then i would give it a 4 star (minus 1 on location). »

« Really nice location. Nice food street virtually next door. Easy DiDi ride to wherever you want to go if you dont like walking. I like walking . Great lounge for afternoon tea or coffee on the 5th floor. Take advantage of it. Staff was all very kind and helpful »

« Super emplacement près de la partie animée du centre ville, chambre confortable , deco design très réussi, bon conseil pour visiter la forêt de pierres »

« Parfaitement situé. Très confortable. Prix maitrisé. Entretien des chambres irréprochable. Séjours en août 2023, 2024 et 2025. Trois fois parfaitement satisfait. J’y séjournerai encore 2026. »

« Great location，great facility，great room. Pleased by the place and would recommend to everyone. »

« Clean and functional, walkable to different places, a lot of shops nearby. Very nice for a two star hotel. Absolutely good for overnight stay. However it’s a little bit walk -17 min to subway to Kunming south station. »

« Good environment. Close to a lot of attractions. »

« 房间总体不错，很干净。但作为一个星级酒店，没有衣帽柜和穿衣镜似乎有点说不过去。价格适中，适合1-2晚居住。 »

« I picked this hotel for its pool but the pool was closed until mid July. Otherwise it is a nice hotel and the staff is helpful. »

« This hotel was a great find! It is very affordably priced with a good location in Kunming. It is within walking distance of a metro station. The main negative feature was the surprisingly dirty carpets in the hallways for the rooms. The lobby area and most common area were all pristine. But, when we got off the elevator to go our room, which was also clean, I was a bit shocked to see carpeting that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirt stains all over the carpet. Another negative...

« Underwhelming as a vacation hotel. The hotel itself was ok, but the surrounding area was not good. Only limited choices of food at the restaurant in the hotel. Needed to walk 10mins to find a decent restaurant. Only a small outdoor pool. Work out area is very small. Bed was ok, not very comfortable for a vacation hotel. Limited choices for breakfast. Coffee machine was not commercial level, broken every several minutes. The good side is the hotel is just several minutes walking to Daguan Park...

« good choice in kunming »

« Perfect area, really nice hotel, central to the entire city. Room is very comfy and clean. »
