« The home sits on an inlet on Puget Sound with a view of the Olympic Mountains. The inlet is teaming with birds, seals, fish ...the tidal pool close by provide much entertainment. The house sleeps 10 comfortably..adding additional quests would be challenging. The decks provide lovely gathering spots. Kayaks were provided with paddles and life jackets. We enjoyed the quiet surrounding. »

« This is a 3 bedroom property. Stayed with my 2 teenagers and we enjoyed our time hiking and visiting the scenic lakes. Owner provides much more than other properties we have visited such as towels by the hottub, laundry supplies, throw blankets and wood for the firepit. The house was updated and very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes so we could use the dishwasher once instead of wash as we go other properties with only a few. We will definitely return! »

« The pictures were better than it was. The driveway could barely be seen from the street because of grown weeds 3' tall, and missing #'s.The yard had tall weeds everywhere too with bits of trash. The floors were uneven, the furniture not comfortable. You weren't supposed to flush any toilet paper in the toilet due to septic system. The king size bed had board slats you could feel. The couch had a very short back and was not comfortable. Everything was new looking and nicely done but cleaning...

« Very nice property. Lovely view, just steps from the beach and a pleasant cove. Upscale appliances and charming fireplaces. Enough space and activities for the kids but leave them at home and enjoy the views and the solitude yourself! This is a top end property. If it does not have what you need, you should have stayed in the city. Enjoy! »

« The house is nice, has everything you need more or less. Would have enjoyed the hot tub more if it was maintained better (weird smell, maybe not enough chlorine or something). Did not particularly love the security cameras directly pointing at it, felt a little weird. The upstairs shower is super clogged and we couldnt really use it. I'd probably choose a different place if I was to go again (it was picked mostly for the hot tub) but it was a good location to spend time at the canal and lake. It...

« Great place to stay while going to Olympic National Park. The little town center of Hoodsport was about 30 min away and had a grocery store and cute little coffee shop that we went to most days. Plenty of space and the backyard has an amazing view of the lake. »

« We had the best stay at the Loft in the mountains!!! The house was exactly as advertised, even better in person. The neighborhood was quiet, we used the private lake pass to watch the sunset and had the entire park to ourselves. The home was centrally located for the hikes we planned and some of my favorites were in our "backyard," the Staircase entrance to the park.
