Quality linen is provided, we just ask you to bring your own beach towels.

We may ask to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏
All guests and visitors permitted at this premise;

- No parties or schoolies to be at our property
- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house, there is an outside shower on the north side of the house.
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.
- Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there
- Please also do not leave the BBQ unattended at any time.

Please ensure checkout instructions are followed.

You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.
