The outdoor covered BBQ area is great for those warm summer evenings, relax together with fresh seafood, BBQ meats and cold drinks while the kids entertain themselves in the games room or by running around the fenced yard.

With six bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, a media room, a games room, outdoor deck area and the outdoor living and BBQ area, this light filled holiday property has everything you need for a laidback getaway.

Just a 300m stroll to the southern end of Mollymook Beach, be sure to pack your swimmers and surfboards. Wander down to the cafes for a coffee as the sun is rising during the early morning, you can't miss a brightly coloured Mollymook sunrise.

After a morning of playing in the sand and salty water, the kids will love fish and chips for lunch, washed down with an ice-cream in a cone before a play at the park or game of basketball on the way home.

Whilst in Mollymook you must plan a night out at one of the many flavourful local restaurants. For the seafood enthusiasts Bannister's By The Sea with Rick Steins Restaurant or the Rooftop Bar and Grill at the Pavilion are our picks. For Asian Street Eats bursting with flavour, some classic tunes, delicious cocktails and house brews, Gwylo is the place to visit. Or just around the corner is the Mollymook Golf Club, overlooking Mollymook Beach with a casual dining feel.

Please Note -
- The garage is locked and not for guests use.

- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school-leavers group, bookings of this type will be cancelled.

- Linen and towels are provided for your stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.

- Games room outside has a ping pong table, basketball hoop game, air hockey table, spare gas and outdoor cushions stored in there. The property is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children only in groups of families or friends. Due to the close proximity of neighbours we have a strict no party policy.
