Booked a rm in annex B. Arrived at annex A which is much more visible from the Main Street. Successfully checked in with the check in machine and was given a rm on the 7/F. The 7/F at annex is the “office” which looks more like a personal cubicle to the staff / owner . The staff was not very helpful and was obviously busy with his own matters taking on the phone. He could not speak much English but tried to accompany me downstairs and directed me the annex B. He was obviously occupied with his own
Matters and wanted to go back to his office he left halfway before I could see Annex B. Annex B was a few blocks away but wasn’t exactly easy to locate . What’s more disappointing was the elevator wasn’t working at annex B, I tired several times and was sure that there was a problem with the elevator. without human support , I was kind of frustrated with the situation but had to go back to the “office” again … I was given a room at annex A in the end and was told that the elevator wasn't working temporarily.
