Villa Gina is a beautiful villa with swimming pool, solarium and large garden in the nature of Salento, for vacation rental in Torre San Giovanni, in a panoramic position overlooking the sea.
The villa, surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, has large outdoor spaces equipped with barbecues for grilling. It offers up to 11 beds.
Modern and refined, the villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, electric oven and microwave. Pets allowed.

The pool area is surrounded by lawn, solarium with deckchairs and large loungers for relaxation.
A spacious veranda is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Outside there are, in addition, a service bathroom and laundry room.
The interiors of Villa Gina consist of a large living room with a sofa bed, the well-equipped kitchen, and the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, including two doubles, a twin with bunk beds, and a triple.
Air conditioning is present in the living room, double and triple bedrooms. Completing the interior are 2 shower rooms.
Villa Gina has comfortable and elegant furnishings. Every detail is taken care of and the villa is especially suitable for family travelers.

Villa Gina is a detached villa, located in Torre San Giovanni, on the coast of Ugento in the Lower Ionian Salento. The villa is in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the coast and beaches.
All the main services are present in Torre San Giovanni. The location is convenient for exploring the most beautiful destinations of the Lower Salento, from Ugento to Gallipoli to Santa Maria di Leuca and Tricase.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the double rooms, in the triple bedroom and in the living room.
- Mosquito nets in the bathrooms and in the bedrooms.
