The staff were super helpful and always willing and present! The room was terrific and the amenities were phenomenal! Gotta love the Lindt chocolates every day!! The hotel is located in the "old town of Zurich" which is GREAT! Close to shops, restaurants and more - all on cobblestone streets. The positive, and the only draw back is that the hotel is in the middle of the square, so if you like to go to bed early (not us), the noise level might be an issue with the windows open.

This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window you can hear everything going on down below. There is no lift, but this is specified in the listing and we did not have much of a problem. There is no self service laundry in the building or close by, so just be mindful of this. Very close to the train and Zurich is a walkable city. It was a good stay overall. Thank you
