« Un séjour merveilleux dans une maison ravissante. Tout était parfait et le petit déjeuner préparé et servi par les hôtes dans le petit salon japonais excellent et de toute beauté. Les lits occidentaux très confortables. La petite ville de Uchiko est un enchantement. Mais déserte le soir, difficile de trouver un restaurant . »

« Wir waren im April 22 für sehr schöne 5 Tage in diesem Haus. Das Kokoro bietet die fast einmalige Gelegenheit, in einem traditionellen alten japanischen Haus zu leben. Im Obergeschoss sind Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Ankleide, Balkon und Toilette. Im Ergeschoss wird gefrühstückt und befindet sich das Badezimmer mit grosser Holzbadewanne. « The host was very welcoming and made everything very fun. He had mican and snacks and water for us. He didn't speak much English, but he had a detailed book about the place with pictures and explanations in English. The place was so Quaint and over 100 years old, but we'll maintained and clean with modern amenities. The futon and bedding were very comfortable. We loved the elaborate garden with fish to feed and the whole ryokan experiences. We were going to go to Matsuyama for shopping after...

« We are traveling in the Shikoku Rail pass, the walk to the hotel from Goro station was about 20. We used a bus and taxis to get into Iyo Ozu town. The area around the hotel has built up afoind the interchange so s good vsriety if shops and restaurants around the hotel. The rooms were a bit small for two but workable.
